Have you ever wonder whether insects are affected by stress? Some researchers have devised an experiment to see if they can find out which uses fake ‘robot’ spiders to capture and then release a bee unharmed so they can then watch it’s future behaviours for signs of stress.

robot rubik’s cube solver

Here is a nice little demo of interesting robotics. In an age where robots are starting to make it into the home it is interesting to note just what a robot is becoming capable of. Things seem to be progressing quite quickly, with the home market ramping up it’s production numbers. Sure most of them are still just toys, but times? … they are a changing.

Check out this robot solving a rubik’s cube in 30 odd seconds. Impressive stuff.
