This poster illustrates a quotation of the Columbian priest Camilo Torres: If Jesus were alive today, he would be a guerrillero. Torres, one of the most forceful spokesmen of the so-called liberation theology, joins the armed struggle and gets killed in 1969.

Here is a photo of an excellent streetart wall at the North end of Commercial Drive. The see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil them was a recurring one in India. There is debate on exactly where the phrase originates but probably China and/or Japan.

Have just uploaded the streetart photos from travelling around our new neighbourhood. Lots to see in and around the Commercial Drive area. Trolling the alleys reveals some nice pieces.

I have got a number of interesting streetart photos to come, from the last week wandering back and forth around the Drive. Lots of talent in this area. This photo is a stitch of 5 photos and there were another three to the left that I need to stitch separately.

Managed to collect a few new examples of street art out at the UBC campus in West Vancouver and have uploaded them into the photography section.
