It is a bit of a mouthfull. But an important one to digest. There has been a breakthrough in optical data storage that will leap frog well ahead of the existing expected data storage model.

You have probably heard of bluray by now. One of the successors to DVD. Well Michael Thomas has inverted something much better. He has perfected and patented an entirely new way of storing information.
An Atomic / Photonic / Molecular / Quantum Switch is the method of using a UV laser atom nanoparticle optical switch defined by a non-contact terahertz nano/microwave electric field modulator using attosecond, femtosecond, terahertz UV photons (electromagnetic radiation) simultaneously to alter properties of ferroelectric molecules for data and light expression. Through the use of UV photon induced electric field poling and dynamically changing the internal geometry of individual ferroelectric atoms in a 3 dimensional optical crystal coated on a high / low velocity substrate.
Wow. What a mouthful. DOn’t worry if you can’t really understand it. After all if:
Al Shugart an Industry ICON , founder of Seagate, the world’s largest Disk Drive company and the Vice-Chairman of Colossal Storage Corporation says,”I don’t understand all of Michael’s technology but I know this is the way to go for the storage industry.”
All you really have to know is that storage is going to get a lot bigger all of a sudden.
