So you may have an iPod (I don’t), or maybe you are just using iTunes for your music management (I am) and say maybe, just maybe you had been thinking about actually purchasing some tunes from the iTunes Music Store. If you are anything like me you wouldn’t even consider purchasing music or video with DRM (Digital Rights Management) on it.

Now what if there was a way to remove the DRM while leaving the rest of the track intact? It turns out there is. So if DRM was holding you back from joining the new wave of people who actually purchase tracks, then never fear, the Open Source crowd have developed an evolving piece of software just for you.
