I think I may have mentioned this recently. Now I have the photo to show you what I mean. Vancouver’s central city residents have a habit of digging up the council’s grass edging a turning it into a garden. So lovely to see. It sure beats all this wasted water to keep lawns immaculate.
– Curbside Gardens (Commercial Drive, Vancouver)
This is a good example of where the footpath essentially is just a path through a section of their garden. I love it.
– Reels of Resistance (Commercial Drive, Vancouver)
Here is a shot of a poster that appeared last week. No holds barred for where these got pasted. I saw a good few bus shelters with this covering their ads. Good to see.
– Braise the Lard (Commercial Drive, Vancouver)
This lives on the window at our local Jamaican restaurant I believe. Just are too much aren’t they, these guys?.
– Pizza (Commercial Drive, Vancouver)
This is the pizza that we made the other night. You can’t see much of the base at all but it was homemade and nearly an inch thick.
